This is a key role ensuring the safe and efficient flow of plant and personnel on a high-activity site. The Role: As the primary point of contact for the site entrance, your responsibilities will include: Vehicle Banksman Duties: Safely guiding HGVs, plant, and delivery vehicles into and out of the site. Pedestrian Management: Ensuring the safety of the general public and site staff near vehicle movements. Access Control: Verifying site visitors, checking delivery paperwork, and maintaining the site log. Health & Safety: Upholding strict site protocols and acting as a visible deterrent to unsafe practices. Role Requirements: A recognised traffic marshall ticket and CSCS card is an essential requirement. Proven track record on commercial or industrial construction sites.
