The Role We are seeking Senior to Associate Electrical Design Engineers to contribute to technically challenging projects. You will: Lead detailed electrical designs: power distribution, lighting, fire & life safety, and BMS systems. Produce and review calculations, specifications, single-line diagrams, and CAD/Revit drawings. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout all stages of a project. Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers. Ensure compliance with UK standards and regulations (BS 7671, CIBSE). Incorporate sustainable design practices and low-carbon technologies. Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and QA processes. About You Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline. Typically 5 years’ experience in building services electrical design (consultancy or similar). Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM). Proven expertise in electrical system design and UK standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities. Passionate about sustainable engineering and innovation.
