Children’s Senior Residential Care Worker (Therapeutic Care Practitioner) Salary: £30,095.00- £33.020.00 per annum Hours: Full time permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, operating on a flexible shift pattern including evenings, weekends, and an average of two sleeps per week (included in salary). The successful candidate will: Support the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people. Undertake direct work with young people as appropriate. To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people. Offer supervision and support to carers in line with quality standards & regulations, and as directed by the Registered Manager. To promote our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) approach and engage/lead weekly MDT meetings with Clinical and Education services on site. Assist the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose and uphold the organisations mission statement and values.
