What you'll be doing:
* Providing efficient administration and claims support to scheme members and stakeholders
* Calculating Defined Benefit quotations and ensuring documentation accuracy
* Supporting manual calculations for new and existing schemes
* Communicating clearly with customers and third parties to ensure understanding
* Applying current pensions legislation and best practice in all tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
* Acting as a point of contact for technical queries and supporting team knowledge
* Promoting good customer outcomes and supporting vulnerable customers
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and related legislation
* Experience in customer service or administration, ideally within financial services
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support team development
* A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
* Pension qualifications (e.g. CII or PMI) or equivalent experience is desirable
