Were currently looking for a skilled and reliable Painter & Maintenance Operative to join our growing team in Weybridge. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience in both painting and general property maintenance, who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied day.
Responsibilities:
* Interior and exterior painting & decorating
* Surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming)
* General property maintenance and repairs (e.g. fixing fixtures, minor carpentry, basic plumbing tasks)
* Identifying and reporting larger repair needs
* Ensuring clean, safe, and tidy work areas
* Working in both residential and light commercial properties
