What will the interview process be like?
* First stage: An informal 15-20 minute Teams call to discuss your experience and introduce Nolan and the role.
* Second stage: A face-to-face interview to discuss job responsibilities and your fit for the role.
Responsibilities:
* Providing effective 1st and 2nd line support to Dynamics 365 Business Central users/clients.
* Assisting with implementations and upgrades testing.
* Supporting customers with Extension installs.
* Creating and delivering webinars, blog posts, and videos on product features/updates.
* Reviewing system usage and identifying value-added opportunities for customers.
* Updating Nolan Product documentation and knowledge base.
* Maintaining professional relationships with customers and clients.
Skills and Competencies:
* MB-800 Functional Consultant qualification or willingness to study within six months.
* Hands-on experience with Business Central or similar ERP/Finance solutions.
* Experience in Support/Analyst roles or within a finance team.
* Customer-focused mindset and drive to add value.
* A-Level qualification or equivalent.
* Strong communication, documentation, and multimedia skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
