We're currently looking for a proactive and organised Production Coordinator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. Working closely with Sales, Planning, and Manufacturing teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless supply chain process and timely production to meet customer demand. Responsibilities Include: Liaise with the Planning team to identify the master sales order production schedule and coordinate with Manufacturing for timely execution. Proactively communicate any production issues or delays to Planning, Sales, and Management. Adjust and update production schedules as required. Attend weekly internal progress meetings to track and share key updates. Conduct regular production floor walkthroughs to monitor live progress and identify potential issues. Act as the central internal point of contact for order production schedules. Analyse data and generate reports to recommend process improvements and streamline production workflows.Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
