Our Bromley office is a hub of collaboration and innovation, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Care Permanent Recruitment Consultant to help us grow our permanent desk.
Role and Responsibilities:
Developing the Permanent Desk: Focus on growing the permanent recruitment desk for social care roles.
Recruitment: Sourcing, interviewing, and placing Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, and Support Workers in permanent positions.
Client and Candidate Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Business Development: Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction.
Candidate Attraction: Utilising existing candidate pools on our developing ATS and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Previous experience in growing a permanent desk within social care.
Track Record: Proven track record in recruiting Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, and Support Workers for permanent roles.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Approach: A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to hit the ground running and achieve targets.
