Horizon Teachers are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to help students reach their full potential in a secondary school based in South East London. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, including providing 1:1 support for SEN students, whilst working closely with teachers to deliver targeted assistance. Requirements: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students. Experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities is highly desirable. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of students.
