Architectural Technician Job in Fulham, London\n \nA friendly, boutique-sized architecture practice has an Architectural Technician job now available. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work on contemporary high-end residential refurbishments and new builds for both private clients and developers.\n\nEstablished in 2011, the practice has built a strong reputation for delivering clean, cohesive architecture in super-prime areas such as RBKC, Westminster, and beyond. Their portfolio includes mews houses in Notting Hill, townhouses in Chelsea, a basement refurbishment in Putney, and a full rebuild in Wandsworth.\n\nCurrent projects include a Knightsbridge portfolio of high-risk buildings (HRBs) requiring Building Safety Regulator submissions, a 59-unit office-to-residential conversion in Chiswick, and a new-build private house in Market Mews, Mayfair.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\n\nTo work on high-end residential schemes in London's most prime locations, project values range from £1million - £3 million pounds\nProduce detailed technical drawing packages using Vectorworks\nPreparation of tender information and construction documentation (drawings and NBS)\nDevelopment of detailed and technical designs\nWork in both new build and refurbishment projects\nWork alongside other Architects in the studio, whilst your main responsibilities will be focused on all things technical\nReporting to the Directors on your progress.Required Skills & Experience\n\nQualified as an Architectural Technologist/Technician, or Architect with a minimum of 3 year's professional working experience within a UK practice\nVectorworks is very desirable, but applications without this will be considered\nConstruction pack production and detail design experience\nExperience working on high-end residential projects in London locations\nStrong technical detailing ability\nFamiliarity with BSR/HRB compliance is a bonus\nExcellent English, both written and verbal + eligible to work in the UK.What you get back\n\n£40,000 - £50,000\n23 days holiday + bank holidays\nDiscretionary bonus\nFree gym membership and other perks included with their office space\nWork from home Fridays should workload allow.Apply\n \nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
