Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a Young People’s supported living facility Telford. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare, mental health and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.
Requirements
* Experience with young adults with mental health, complex and challenging behaviour
* Full UK Driving licence
* Clear DBS
Duties
* To assist management in the day-to-day running of the home
* To promote a stimulating, caring and culturally appropriate environment
* To provide support for the service users
* To work in a multi-disciplinary team
* To deputise in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager
* To lead shifts and support co-workers
* To maintain accurate and up to date records
* To carry out observations or supervisions
