The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on leading people and driving results. You’ll manage a team of 4 Sales Team Leaders, supporting them to develop their teams and hit targets. You’ll combine hands-on sales expertise with coaching, motivation, and strategic insight.
Requirements
What you’ll do:
Lead and inspire a team of Sales Team Leaders, helping them get the best out of their agents
Coach, mentor and develop individual leaders to grow their capabilities
Set ambitious but achievable goals and monitor progress
Support your team with tools, processes and insights to improve performance
Collaborate with leadership to contribute to company growth strategy
Oversee pipeline management and sales reporting
What we’re looking for:
10+ years of sales experience, with proven results in B2B sales
Minimum 5 years managing a team or multiple team leaders
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
People-focused approach with the ability to drive performance
Knowledge of utilities or consultancy sales is advantageous but not essential
