ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a young man, living at home. I have severe learning disabilities and can display behaviours of distress (self). I have limited communication and require my team to understand my communication techniques to support me to make my own choices.
I have complex needs and require 24/7 support from my individual team. I am dependent on others to complete daily activities, including hydrotherapy, Snoezelen, music therapy, activities within my home and attending the community in my car. I require full support with nutritional needs, personal care and medication.
