Location: London Speechmark + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time hours per week – Monday to Friday

Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.


What you’ll do

This role is highly strategic, with a 6–36 month forward-looking horizon. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and shaping new commercial opportunities aligned to Vodafone’s growth ambitions - translating evolving customer needs, emerging market dynamics, and internal technical capability unlocks into commercially viable propositions, to drive Vodafone market share and optimise commercial performance.


1. Collaborate with proposition managers to assess and quantify market opportunities
2. Define customer and market insights for relevant target audiences & segments
3. Develop proposition strategies congruent to wider Consumer UK’s strategy and commercial priorities
4. Monitor in-market performance, evaluating commercial and customer outcomes
5. Proactively optimise propositions based on sales data, operational input, and customer feedback




Who you are


6. Commercial strategic business casing experience either first hand or in support of finance colleagues
7. Experience evaluating market performance & tracking competitor developments
8. Proven track record in consumer commercial / proposition or product development
9. P&L management, forecasting and delivery
10. Exceptional communication & presentation skills
