We’ve teamed up with the fastest-growing jewellery brand in the UK, Abbott Lyon, who are now in the market to secure Head of Wholesale/Retail to drive organic social for the brand.

The Role Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Head of Wholesale/Retail, to join one of the fastest-growing online jewellery brands.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of steering our wholesale and retail strategies, ensuring that our customers experience the best of what we offer. We pride ourselves on building genuine connections with our clients and stakeholders, and we're looking for someone who shares this vision. You'll collaborate closely with various departments to seamlessly integrate our online and offline efforts, driving brand growth and customer engagement. Your insights will be crucial in identifying market trends and optimizing our sales channels.

Responsibilities:
* Retail & Wholesale Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for wholesale and retail growth to achieve Abbott Lyon’s ambitious business objectives.
* Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the team to drive retail success, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management, ensuring a high-performing and collaborative culture.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Build and maintain genuine connections with wholesale partners and retail clients, ensuring Abbott Lyon’s values are represented at every touchpoint.
* Inventory & Channel Optimisation: Oversee inventory management, sales forecasting, and channel optimization to drive efficiency and maximise revenue.
* Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and enhance retail and wholesale offerings.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and eCommerce teams to align retail initiatives with online efforts and launch impactful campaigns.
* Global Expansion: Spearhead international retail growth, particularly in the US market, securing partnerships and establishing a localised presence.
* Performance Reporting: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of retail and wholesale channels, using data to provide actionable insights and drive improvement.
* New Business Development: Identify new wholesale partners and retail opportunities, securing partnerships that drive revenue and build brand visibility.
* Customer Engagement: Ensure an exceptional retail experience, both online and offline, creating seamless customer journeys and improving brand loyalty.
US Market Growth:
* Strategic Expansion: Focus on expanding Abbott Lyon’s retail and wholesale presence in the US, with the goal of achieving 50% of total company revenue from this market.
* Localised Strategies: Work closely with US partners to develop localized campaigns, building relationships and ensuring effective market penetration.
Requirements:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in wholesale and retail management, ideally within a high-growth retail/D2C brand scaling it's B2B offering.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
* Analytical Insight: Excellent analytical skills, with experience in market research, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
* Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to develop and nurture long-term business relationships.
* Strategic Thinker: Ability to create and execute strategic retail and wholesale plans, aligning with broader business goals.
* Market Agility: Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with international retail/wholesale expansion, particularly in the UK & US.
* Previous experience in the jewellery, luxury goods, or fashion industry would be hugely advantageous.
* Experience working within high-growth eCommerce/D2C environments going multichannel.
