The Role
As a Revit Technician, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality structural drawings and models to support the design and delivery of projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, defence and mixed‑use developments. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of design information.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D Revit models for building structures projects.
* Support engineers in the preparation of design documentation and technical reports.
* Assist in coordinating structural designs with other disciplines (architects, MEP, civils).
* Maintain drawing and model accuracy in line with project requirements and standards.
* Participate in internal design reviews and contribute to quality assurance processes.
* Support the implementation of BIM processes and standards within the team.
About You
* Experience as a Revit Technician, ideally within building structures.
* Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
* Experience delivering projects across a range of sectors and industries.
* Basic knowledge of civils would be advantageous.
* Good understanding of UK building structures; previous experience in oil & gas or pipeline design will not be suitable for this role.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
* Strong communication and team‑working skills.
