Our client in Blidworth is a well-established and highly regarded specialist in the design, manufacture, and installation of structural and secondary steelwork solutions, serving a diverse range of projects and customers. They are now looking to welcome an experienced Fabricator/Welder to their expanding team.

Great working hours - Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble architectural steel structures and components to precise specifications.
Use a range of hand and power tools to cut, shape, weld, and finish materials.
Carry out thorough quality checks to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication details accurately.
Maintain a tidy, well-organised workspace and ensure tools are stored and cared for correctly.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance workflow and support production efficiency.
Undertake site-based work when required.
About You - Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in welding, including strong skills in MIG/TIG processes.
Solid mechanical understanding with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Confident using maths for accurate measurements and fabrication calculations.
Proficient with common fabrication hand tools and power tools.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Level 2 or above welding qualifications.
