Hop To Talent are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a privately-owned property company in Chichester. This is a key role in a close-knit business where you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate admin and IT, and support a busy leadership team.
The role offers real variety – from managing suppliers to organising internal events and supporting the company’s marketing activity.
THE ROLE
* Oversee day-to-day office operations and systems
* Manage the office budget, expenses, and key suppliers
* Pull together the monthly board pack in PowerPoint
* Own office essentials – from stationery and IT kit to catering and postage
* Maintain clear filing systems and document processes
* Coordinate with external IT provider and support internal IT needs
* Support company marketing: website updates, socials, awards, events
* Organise internal meetings, socials, and the annual charity tournament
* Schedule appointments and provide admin support to the exec team
* Liaise with contractors and oversee office maintenance
* Support H&S policy updates and office compliance
YOUR PROFILE

* Experience in an Office Manager / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator role
* Hands on attitude to tackle a variety of tasks
