Our team brings together the analytical discipline of management consulting with deep, practical infrastructure experience. Responsibilities
* Shape clients\' change and transformation plans, ensuring alignment with business cases and wider organisational objectives
* Lead day-to-day, client-facing Advisory work, managing delivery, priorities, and relationships
* Think strategically, applying critical analysis and insight to complex problems and uncertain contexts
* Challenge assumptions and options, and present credible, persuasive alternatives that support better decision-making
* Work as part of collaborative delivery teams across the UK, UAE, and USA
* Build strong relationships across AECOM, including Programme Management, Economics, and Strategic Procurement, as well as engineering, architecture and master planning
* Operate across the full spectrum of consultancy, from advising executive leadership and shaping direction to leading workshops and producing high-quality outputs
* Build strong relationships with Clients, spending time working on client sites across the UK and UAE, as required
* Support and develop junior team members, helping build change and transformation capability for the future
Qualifications
* Experience working with public sector clients, alongside exposure to private sector environments
* Evidence of having built trusted relationships within complex, multi-partner and hierarchical stakeholder environments
* Experience in designing, delivering, and tracking behavioural change and transformation initiatives, with experience shaping organisational culture, branding, and marketing development an advantage
* Understanding of business strategy, governance, capability mapping, capital programme delivery and operating model design
* Able to facilitate and manage conversations across mixed levels of seniority, drawing clear conclusions and driving action-oriented outcomes
* Able to communicate clearly and credibly in person, in virtual meetings, and through high-quality written briefings and presentations
* Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams in fast-paced, open, and creative environments
* Able to apply judgement and empathy to support clients of differing capabilities and seniority through challenging and sometimes uncomfortable change journeys
