As a Sports Coach and Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively
• Ensure students stay engaged and on task throughout lessons
• Support students’ learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
Your experience as a Sports Coach makes you an ideal candidate for this role. Skills such as leadership, communication, behaviour management, teamwork, and motivating young people are highly transferable within a school environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role, you will need:
• Experience working with children or young people, ideally through sports coaching
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A confident, professional, and reliable approach
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
