Job Role - Import Operations/Customer Service Operative Hours - Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 Location - Liverpool Pay - £30,000 dependant on experience Job Description Handle day to day freight forwarding operations (import/export - air, sea, and/or road) Liaise with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to arrange and manage shipments. Provide high-quality customer service and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including customers clearance Monitor shipments and update customers on status and delivery timelines Resolve operational issues proactively and professionally Maintain accurate records using internal systemsEssential Skills/Experience Experience within a similar role Previous experience within logistics Previous experience within freight forwarding
