You’ll be trusted to manage a mix of operational and commercial HR work, supporting everything from employee relations and policy development to wellbeing, reward, and engagement initiatives.**Key Responsibilities:*** Support the delivery of the people strategy and contribute to continuous improvement projects* Advise managers on employment legislation, policies, and best practice* Lead on all employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, capability, probation)* Oversee the colleague lifecycle, including onboarding, leavers, payroll administration, and benefits* Maintain accurate digital personnel records and ensure compliance* Monitor absence trends and support managers in addressing issues* Support the management of HRIS, dashboards, and analytics to drive strategic insight* Coordinate wellbeing, CPD, and ESG/community initiatives* Assist with policy creation, reward reviews, skills assessments, and training programmes* Contribute to internal communications, accreditations, and employee engagement projects**About You:** You’ll be an HR professional with solid experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced, tech environment. You’ll be confident dealing with ER issues, have a sound understanding of UK employment law, and enjoy building trusted relationships at all levels.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential - as is a genuine passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.You’ll be joining a multi-award-winning business that’s achieved Best Companies ‘3-Star’ and Investors in People ‘Gold accreditation’.
