About The Role
Your main responsibility as a Registered Nurse will be to act as person in charge, stepping in for the Manager as needed, and to observe all instructions to ensure high standards of care are maintained for our residents.
Other Responsibilities Will Include
* Undertaking nursing tasks including medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions.
* Advising families of residents and GPs of any changes in condition that raise concerns, and keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions.
* Responsibility for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during duty and residents receive the required care.
* Providing high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning.
About You

Our Ideal Candidate Must
* Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
* Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant experience, supported by post-basic studies or qualifications.
* Exhibit good interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
* Have sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
