Residential Conveyancer Swansea (Hybrid Working Available)TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its Swansea office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, modern and growing property team within a firm known for its strong client relationships, excellent service standards, and down-to-earth culture.The Swansea office is a key part of the firms regional presence, offering a busy but well-structured environment where conveyancers are supported, trusted, and given the autonomy to manage their own work effectively.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgages and transfer of equity mattersNew build and shared ownership transactions (desirable but not essential)Direct communication with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third partiesProgressing transactions efficiently with a strong focus on service and communicationWorking collaboratively with support staff to ensure smooth file managementYoull have full ownership of your caseload, with the benefit of experienced support and established systems to help you deliver an excellent client experience.Whats on OfferHybrid working flexible split between office and homeCompetitive salary, dependent on experienceA steady, high-quality caseload without excessive volume pressureStrong administrative and paralegal supportA friendly, supportive and collaborative team cultureClear opportunities for progression within a growing residential property departmentA sensible approach to workload and work-life balanceAbout YouThe successful candidate will:Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee EarnerHave proven experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyBe confident managing matters from instruction through to completionHave excellent client care and communication skillsBe organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy but supportive environmentWhy This Role?
