Role requires 7 AM to 11 PM Monday to Friday shift working .
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment.
* Configure and deploy Intune policies for device compliance, configuration, and application management.
* Monitor and troubleshoot Intune-related issues.
* Oversee the enrollment, configuration, and management of mobile devices, laptops, and desktops.
* Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting
* Ensure devices are compliant with security policies and standards.
* Deploy and manage applications through Intune.
* Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.
* Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, security, and performance.
To apply for this Sr. Intune Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include
* Good years of experience in IT, with good focus on Intune administration.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and related technologies.
* Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).(Intune)
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Should have experience in OS deployment (win 10 and 11)
* Experience with windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades
* Experience with managing Group Policy
* ServiceNow ticketing tool experience needed.
* Should have Power shell scripting/automation experience
* SCCM/MECM Knowledge
