About the Role
We’re looking for passionate, reliable and ambitious Football Coaches to join our team. You’ll deliver high-quality sessions at our training centres across North & South London and help players thrive in both training and matches.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coaching sessions for players aged U5–U18
* Supporting player development within our attacking, possession-based philosophy
* Communicating positively with players & parents
* Coaching at midweek sessions, weekends, and matches
We’re Looking For
* Consistent availability (midweek + weekends)
* Passion & willingness to learn (training provided)
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
* Minimum FA Level 1 qualification (or working towards – volunteers considered)
* Additional sports coaching qualifications welcome
Pay & Perks
* £12.50–£30/hour (depending on qualifications & experience)
* 1-to-1 coaching: £30/hour (training provided)
* Football parties: From £30/hour
* Football camps (half-term): From £85/day
* International coaching trips: Portugal (all expenses paid + £300/5 days)
* Gothia Cup (Sweden): All expenses paid + £350/week
* Continuous CPD & FA course access
