The Opportunity We are working with a growing IT services provider that supports SME clients with modern, scalable technology solutions. They have built a strong reputation through delivery and long-term client relationships. Now, they are looking to strengthen their marketing capability not just to do more marketing, but to generate consistent, measurable pipeline. This is a standalone role with real ownership. You will not be handed a rigid plan to execute. Instead, you will shape the marketing approach, test ideas, and build a function that directly supports business growth. Salary & Working Options This role is fully remote and offers genuine flexibility depending on what works best for you: Full-time (5 days): Up to £40,000 4 days per week: Up to £32,000 Shorter days (e.g. school hours): Around £26,000 The key focus is outcomes not presenteeism. What You Will Be Doing This is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You will be responsible for both strategy and delivery.
