Position/Title: MAINTENANCETECHNICIAN

Rateof Pay: $36.00 per hour to start

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
* Follow all safetyprocedures & guidelines. Report all unsafe conditions and/orviolations to supervisory personnel no preventableaccidents
* Maintain personal attendance &punctuality in good standing per WF standards
* Accurately fill out all applicable paperwork perrequirements
* Follow all other company policiesand procedures
* Perform all assigned tasks perprocedures such as:
* Repairing overhauling and maintaining conveyors pumpsexhaust fans hydrualics and blowers and overhead cranes
* Replacing electric motors
* Performingpreventative maintenance inspections including visual inspectionand diagnostics optical alignments/laster transits and fabrications(sheet metal guards/rails)
* Interpreting andmanaging documents and prints
* Maintainmachines and equipment
* Perform installationsof machines and equipment
* Troubleshootequipment problems
* Design and fabricateequipment
* Perform basic machining assignmentsas needed
* Maintain and repair building andgrounds
* Perform plumbing and pipefittingoperations
* Troubleshooting hydraulics andpneumatics to include repairing and rebuilding compressors pumpsvalves cylinders and actuators and piping tubing andhosing
* Maintain job related inventory andtools
* Perform basic carpentryfunctions
* Perform preventative maintenancefunctions
* Assist and perform electrical dutiesas assigned
* Train other personnel asrequired
* Other duties as assigned

* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* 18 years of age
* Successful completion of Maintenance TechnicianApprenticeship
* Attendance and performancehistory acceptable to standards
* Ability toread write and comprehend English
* Basic mathskills (addition subtraction multiplication division)
* Willingness to work various shifts

* HVACexperience
* Hydraulic experience amust
* Pneumatic experience
* Preventative maintenance system experience
* Welding experience
* Basic electricalexperience
* Pipefitting experience
* Awareness of surroundings and regard forsafety
* Strong sense ofresponsibility
* Ability to work independentlyand also within a team environment
* Continuoustechnical training in field
* Experiencemaintaining shop/parts inventory
