This role is all about delivering outstanding service to guests during the night, ensuring safety, hospitality, and a memorable experience. You will support the hotel in achieving its performance goals and work closely with the Guest Services team.
What you’ll be doing as a Guest Service Assistant
* Ensuring all guests receive outstanding service during out-of-hours
* Providing a safe visit with high standards of cleanliness
* Engaging with late check-in guests, assessing their needs, and adapting your approach
* Looking for opportunities to up-sell and enhance guest experiences
* Promoting bedroom, M&E, and F&B services, including upgrades and dining options
* Responding to guest complaints and turning negative feedback into positive experiences
* Processing reservations accurately via phone or walk-in
