This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician, Architect or Design Manager to join a well‑established, family‑run construction company that specialises in high‑quality residential projects in Dorset. The role offers full technical design responsibilities with a clear pathway to a director level position.
The Role
* Directly work with clients and the in‑house team.
* Produce technical drawings, internal elevations and building‑control drawings.
* Support on‑site to ensure projects meet client expectations and assist with value engineering.

* Team player with strong building‑regulation and AutoCAD experience.
