ThesuccessfulcandidatewillprovideexpertHRsupportandadviceacrossabroadrangeofemployeerelationsissues,ensuringcompliancewithemploymentlegislation.Youwillbeakeypointofcontactformanagersandseniorleaders,helpingtodriveHRinitiativesthatsupportbothpeopleandbusinessobjectives.
KeyResponsibilities as a HR Advisor:
* DeliverpracticalandcompliantHRadvicetotheseniorleadershipteamandmanagers.
* Supportrecruitment,onboarding,performancemanagement,absence,anddisciplinaryprocesses.
* EnsureHRpoliciesandproceduresareimplementedconsistentlyandeffectively.
* MaintainaccurateemployeerecordsandHRsystemswithdiscretionandconfidentiality.
* Keepthebusinessuptodatewithrelevantemploymentlawchanges.
* Promotepositiveemployeeengagementandasupportiveworkplaceculture.
CandidateRequirements as a HR Advisor:
* PreviousexperienceinanHRadvisoryrole,ideallywithinamanufacturingoroperationalenvironment.
* CIPDLevel3orhigherqualificationisessentialtosupportthecompany’scompliancewithemploymentlaws.
* StrongknowledgeofemploymentlegislationandHRbestpractice.
* Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoinfluenceatalllevels.
* Highlevelsofintegrityandconfidentiality.
* ProficientwithHRISsystemsandMicrosoftOffice.
