Group HR Manager at Swire Renewable Energy
Are you an experienced and energetic project manager who thrives on leading diverse teams and delivering high-quality results? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love for you to join our team as a Project Manager!
In this key role, you'll be responsible for managing projects across one of our core business areas - whether it's Pre-Assembly & Installation, Service & Maintenance, Blades, or HV & Electrical. You’ll work alongside dedicated colleagues to ensure successful delivery from start to finish, driving value for our customers and supporting the continued growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
* Manage Full Project Lifecycle: Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through execution and close-out - ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, quality standards, and adherence to health & safety guidelines.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to align on goals, share progress, and solve challenges as they arise.
* Focus on Customers: Ensure that customer expectations are clearly understood, met, and exceeded - building strong relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery.
* Support Sales & Planning: Provide input during tenders and project planning, contributing to pricing, scheduling, and risk assessments during the early stages of the project.
* Apply Best Practices: Use established project management frameworks, tools, and governance models to ensure consistency and control across all phases of the project.
* Mitigate Risks & Ensure Compliance: Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
You Are:
We’re looking for a confident, structured project leader with a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset. You’re just as comfortable handling the technical side of a project as you are communicating with stakeholders. You have:
* At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally from wind, energy, construction, or other technical sectors.
* Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’re a natural connector.
* The ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure.
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Willingness to travel approximately 30 days per year to sites, partners, or customer locations.
And here’s what we value in you:
* Ownership: You take responsibility for your projects and drive them forward with confidence.
* Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in team environments and work well across departments.
* Customer Focused: You’re dedicated to delivering value and building lasting relationships.
* Results-Driven: You’re motivated by targets and take pride in hitting key milestones.
* Problem Solver: You think critically and find effective solutions, even in complex scenarios.
If you're ready to take on a key role in a fast-growing company where your project management skills will make a real impact - we want to hear from you! Apply now and join our journey to shape the future of renewable energy.
What We Offer
We offer a dynamic and challenging role within a company on an exciting growth trajectory. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working in an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and personal development.
You’ll be based at our office either in Hull or Szczecin with opportunities for travel and international engagement.
