* After just 6 months, you can choose to progress to Sales Executive, taking your OTE to £45,000+, plus a Company Car.
* Guaranteed day off during the week
* No Sunday working
What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through their entire BMW buying journey — from arranging test drives and discussing finance options to showcasing accessories and ensuring a seamless handover.
You’ll engage with customers in‑store, online, by phone and via video, so confidence with technology and great communication skills are essential.

* Come from retail, hospitality, sales, or any customer‑facing role
