Job Responsibilities
* Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Address guests’ needs and requests efficiently and effectively.
* Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests at every point of their journey.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and food service guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
* Passionate about food and/or customer service.
* Enjoys working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Ability to adapt to challenges with a solution‑oriented perspective.
* Prior experience in a similar role, especially in food service, is a plus.
* Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
* Works according to company core values.
