The Role:
As a Kitchen Designer at Elements Kitchens, your focus will be on designing and selling beautiful, functional kitchens that meet our clients’ unique needs. With the support of a consultation booking team and project managers, you’ll have the freedom to focus on what you do best - designing and selling, while consistently earning commission.
* Design kitchens: Using SMART and ArtiCad software (experience is helpful but not essential - we’ll train you).
* Sell with confidence: Build relationships with clients and guide them through the design and sales process.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team: Project managers will handle the installation, allowing you to focus on hitting your sales targets.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a designer with a proven track record in kitchen sales, someone who knows how to connect with clients and create designs that leave a lasting impression. You should have an eye for detail, be comfortable using design software (or willing to learn), and be proactive in exceeding sales targets.
* Experienced designer: Ideally, you have experience with SMART and ArtiCad software, but we’re happy to train the right person.
* Sales-driven: You have a successful history of hitting sales targets and delivering excellent client experiences.
* Client-focused: You’re able to build strong relationships and guide clients smoothly from consultation to sale.
