What you will do:
* Provide support on wards, admissions, and in the Emergency Department.
* Review and dispense medications for patients with precision.
* Complete prescriptions using the e-prescription system.
* Review patient notes on Careflow to ensure thorough understanding and accurate processing.
* Conduct regular stock checks on TMJ Insight to maintain optimal supply levels.
* Facilitate the efficient flow of patients through the Urgent and Emergency Department.
A valid HCPC registration is essential for this role, and being a car driver will be to your advantage, offering you great ease and flexibility for any travel between sites.
