Location
East Midlands. Office‑based / hybrid role.
The Role
We are now looking for an ambitious and forward‑thinking rural surveyor with the potential to develop into Partnership. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, multi‑disciplinary practice with a strong client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse rural property portfolio, including estates, farms, and agricultural businesses.
* Oversee the Commercial Team with some hands‑on work dealing with landlords and tenants.
* Advise clients on a wide range of professional matters, including landlord & tenant, valuations, planning, and farm business consultancy.
* Support and grow existing client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
* Play a key role in the firm’s future growth, with a clear path to partnership.
Skills & Qualifications
* MRICS qualified, ideally with several years’ post‑qualification experience working in a similar role.
* Registered valuer.
* Strong rural land management background.
* Experience in Commercial Property.
* Excellent communication, business development, and client care skills.
* Entrepreneurial mind‑set with ambition to progress to Partner level.
