Job responsibilities
Thepost holder will be accountable for the provision of a comprehensive personalassistant service to the Medical Directors/Directors of Operations, GeneralManager and Operations Centre within the Corporate Operations Team. This will include secretarial activitiessuch as electronic filing, diary management, document creation and actiontracking from meetings as well as developing, maintaining and managing officeand information systems as well as the co-ordination of ad-hoc dutiesassigned in support of the Corporate Operations Team. The post holder willplay a key role in preparing and managing agendas, recording, transcribing,verifying and distributing meeting minutes, organising follow up actions andensuring an effective bring forward/briefing system in respect of keydocumentation required and use AI to support delivery of the role; you shouldbe able to prioritise and manage your own work whilst demonstratingflexibility to help others in the team to deliver towards tight deadlines. This post requires you to work with minimalsupervision, make independent decisions and take appropriate action tomaintain the professional standard of PA delivery that is required of therole.

* Qualified to RSA3 typing/word processing or equivalent. Excellent typing skills GCSE (or equivalent) English Language grade C or above
