Role: We are seeking a Product Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive the positioning and go-to-market strategy for our ISO certification services. You will bridge product offerings and market needs, crafting narratives that resonate with businesses seeking ISO certification and compliance solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate technical ISO standards into clear value propositions and enable our sales teams and partners to communicate our benefits effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
* Monitor industry developments in ISO standards and regulatory compliance
* Create compelling, benefits-focused content that articulates the value of ISO certification to diverse business audiences
* Develop thought leadership content that positions IMSM as a trusted authority in ISO consultancy
* Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all customer touchpoints
* Write and refine sales collateral including pitch decks, service descriptions, and case studies
* Equip sales teams with effective tools, training materials, and resources to accelerate the sales cycle
* Develop battlecards, objection handlers, and competitive positioning guides
* Create partner enablement resources to support channel growth and effectiveness
* Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address messaging gaps and market feedback
* Partner with the broader marketing team to ensure integrated campaign execution across digital, events, and content marketing
* Work closely with operations and delivery teams to understand service capabilities and client success stories
* Support customer success teams with retention and upsell messaging strategies
Qualifications & Experience
* 3-5 years of proven success in B2B product marketing, preferably within professional services or consultancy
* Track record of creating compelling content that influences buying decisions in complex B2B sales cycles
* Experience working with sales teams to develop enablement materials and drive adoption
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
* Being multilingual would be advantageous
* Proficiency in product marketing frameworks including positioning, messaging architecture, and persona development
* Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
