We are support a great opportunity for a Part-Time Building Manager for a 12 month contract to manage a MIxed Use Commercial Building in Reading, Berkshire.
Working 2-3 days per week (on site) 9am-5pm (flexibility to support the business), this key position will support all key areas including: -
* Proactive Tenant Liaision Engagement, Communication & Support
* Driving Building Services Standards & Delivery
* Contract Management for all building services including plant equipment
* Managing major & minor works
* Budget reporting / monitoring
* Ensuring full site compliance across all areas
Candidates will hold proven Facilities Management experience, along with ideally IOSH accreditation and contract management experience.
This is a permanent, part time opportunity - working 2/3 days per week.
