About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture (P&C) team as a Delivery Manager, supporting global entity‑related change across the organisation. You'll work in a hybrid delivery environment that blends helpful Agile principles with structured project governance, ensuring the smooth flow of work and alignment with organisational priorities.
You will play a central role in coordinating P&C activity across multi‑disciplinary teams, including Reward, People Partnering, People Service Delivery, HRIS, Finance, Legal and external partners. Your focus will be on keeping delivery on track, removing blockers, providing clear visibility of progress, and supporting readiness for implementation.
Additional responsibilities include:
1. Smooth and coordinated delivery across entity‑related workstreams
2. Clear prioritisation, sequencing and visibility of interdependencies
3. Effective delivery meetings and decision‑making cadence
4. Governance support including RAID management, reporting and change control
5. Stakeholder communication with clarity on progress, risks and upcoming deliverables
6. Alignment between P&C, Legal, Finance and programme teams
7. Transition planning into BAU at the end of each project
This position is hybrid, typically requiring –% on‑site presence in Cambridge. Flexible working requests will be considered from day one, including adjustments for disability or long‑term health conditions.
About You
You'll bring experience coordinating complex delivery or project activity, ideally within HR, P&C or related functions. You are organised, great at building relationships, and confident navigating ambiguity. You enjoy keeping work flowing, solving problems, and helping teams do their best work.
You will need:
8. Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving skills
9. Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement
10. Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams
11. Knowledge of Agile principles and hybrid delivery practices
12. Ability to identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies
13. Experience with tools such as Jira, Miro or MS Planner
14. Ability to operate autonomously and maintain momentum
15. Strong data literacy and clear documentation skills
Desirable:
16. Experience with entity set‑ups or integrations
17. PRINCE Practitioner or similar project management qualification
18. Lean, Kaizen or Operational Excellence experience
19. Previous delivery experience in large, global or multi‑stakeholder environments
20. Familiarity with people‑related considerations in global change initiatives
