EPR Business Change Specialist
Fixed Term/ContractThe Business Change Specialist is responsible for maintaining and developing business processes and documentation to ensure they reflect clinical practice, reporting needs, and system developments. The role supports organisational change by analysing issues related to clinical systems and data, proposing solutions, and ensuring approved changes are implemented effectively.You will work with a wide range of staff to identify requirements, update processes, support electronic care record improvements, assess the impact of organisational changes, and contribute to testing future system upgrades. The role also involves supporting training materials, ensuring clinical safety considerations, and providing specialist advice on business processes and SOPs.Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyseplex information and provide rmendations to stakeholders.
2. Maintain and update business processes, SOPs, and documentation related to electronic care records.
3. Assess organisational changes for process impacts and identify dependencies.
4. Support development of clinical forms, testing of system upgrades, and process-related training content.
5. Produce and analyse data, research, reports, and process documentation.
6. Lead or contribute to workshops, training, and cross‑departmental change activity.
7. Ensure new processes and system changes meet data quality,ernance, and safety standards.
8. Experience working in the NHS with process development and change delivery.
9. Ability to interpretplex information and produce high‑quality reports.
10. Skilled in engaging and influencing staff at all levels, including clinicians and managers.
11. Experience resolving operational problems and supporting change in system‑enabled environments.
12. Understanding of change management, NHS reporting, and data quality in healthcare.
