Customer Engineering Performance Analyst – 12 Month Secondment Tachbrook Park Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join us as a Customer Engineering Performance Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role that provides real insight into how our Customer Engineering operation performs, while playing a key part in ensuring that processes run smoothly and effectively. As the support to the Billing and Performance Team Leader, you will help us act as the performance “gatekeepers” for Customer Engineering, ensuring that our plans, forecasts, and KPIs are not only accurate but also actionable. The work you do will directly support Customer Engineering Teams across the business and help drive improvements in efficiency and service delivery. What you’ll be doing Updating statistical capacity plans weekly, investigating any variances, and recommending corrective actions. Supporting the development of more accurate capacity plans and reporting tools. Extracting demand outlooks, updating planning models, and presenting solutions when demand doesn’t align with commercial or financial expectations. Acting as the first point of contact for Customer Engineering KPI and planning queries. Helping manage workload distribution across Customer Operations Centres (COCs), ensuring service levels are maintained. Monitoring performance against plans, highlighting trends, and recommending improvements. Producing and tracking key KPIs that shape team leader focus and performance. What we’re looking for Essential skills: Strong computer and data analysis skills. Ability to interpret information and identify process improvements. Competence with Microsoft Office. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to support colleagues under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive approach to sourcing information and solving challenges. Desirable skills: Experience of Calor’s systems, processes, and people. Previous experience in a similar role. Understanding of Calor’s business lines and fulfilment processes. A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Why apply?
