About the role
Working for our subsidiary company Sparks Teaching Services, you will provide support on a specified module or modules, including the preparation and delivery of Lectures, Workshops and Practical Sessions to Health and Social Care students. Ideally you will have a teaching qualification or be working towards one.
Main duties may include but not limited to:
* Formal scheduled delivery of learning and teaching
* Preparation of teaching materials
* Assessment and moderation
* Curriculum and assessment design as appropriate
* Responsibility for administration relevant to the post.
* Student Support
* Independent Studies supervision
* Attendance at Meetings e.g. Programme Committees and Subject/Team Meetings
* Participation in Continuous Professional Development
* Participation in student monitoring and reporting, course review and evaluation process.
* Participation in quality assurance and controls procedure.
