Hales Home Care is looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants / Care Workers / Home Care Workers / Carers to join our Extra Care Team in Stockton-on-Tees.
THE CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
* Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
* Assisting individuals in taking their medication
* Preparing warm and nourishing meals
* Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
* Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals

* Passionate about helping others.
* A team player with good communication skills.
* Honest and committed to delivery high quality care and support.
* Good communication skills – verbal and written to complete accurate records.
* Previous experience in care, retail, hospitality or other service industry is welcome but not essential.
