What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting HR Business Partners across day‑to‑day activities
* Assisting with employee queries and HR administration
* Helping deliver employee engagement and DEI initiatives
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
* Contributing to HR projects and team priorities
Who We Are Looking For
* Recently graduated or due to graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
* Strong communication skills
* Organised and detail‑oriented
* Eager to learn
* Previous experience with Microsoft Office
* Experience with Canva is desirable but not essential
Duration: 12 months
Location: Hybrid role based in our Springburn Office in Glasgow
