We are working in partnership with our client, a successful and high-achieving academy school based in Brooklands, Milton Keynes, to appoint an inspiring and dedicated Subject Leader – PSHE for a full-time permanent role starting September 2025.
The Role:
Lead the planning, delivery, and development of an outstanding PSHE curriculum across the school
Ensure the PSHE provision is inclusive, relevant, and responsive to the needs of all learners
Work closely with pastoral leaders and safeguarding teams to support student wellbeing and personal development
Monitor student progress and engagement, and implement strategies to promote participation and success
Contribute to whole-school initiatives that foster a positive school culture and prepare students for life beyond the classroom
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Have experience teaching PSHE or a related subject across secondary phases
Demonstrate a clear understanding of statutory PSHE and RSE guidance
Be passionate about student wellbeing, personal development, and inclusive education
Show strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Be available for a full-time permanent position from September 2025

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
