SEN Teacher

We’re seeking a committed and thoughtful SEN Teacher to join a SEN school in Bordon. This role is ideal for someone who values inclusive education, builds strong relationships, and understands that progress looks different for every learner.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
* Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Creating a calm, consistent, and positive learning environment
* Working closely with teaching assistants and wider support teams
* Monitoring progress and adapting approaches to help pupils achieve meaningful outcomes
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Has experience in SEN or inclusive settings (desirable but not essential)
* Is patient, adaptable, and reflective in their practice
* Communicates clearly with colleagues, families, and professionals
* Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
