Client Care Advisor - Bromsgrove

What your typical day will look like:
* Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team.
* Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets, and the practice team will be critical to your success.
* Your great client service during a client's visit will ensure their satisfaction, and that they leave knowing they received exceptional service and look forward to their next visit.
* You will greet each client, offer support, guidance, and expertise, and manage payments and future bookings confidently.
* Coordinating the smooth running of daily routines of the practice using our online booking system is essential, so computer literacy is required.
This is a part-time role working between 30 to 35 hours per week.

* You are the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
* You can provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-date with the practice services and additional offerings.
* You are calm, attentive, and always focused on the clients' needs.
* You bring enthusiasm and drive to your role, with a passion for service and love of pets.
* You can handle various situations, from comforting a client with bad news to sharing in the joy of a pet's first visit.
* Your personality is infectious, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice alongside your colleagues.
