An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Learning and Development Support Officer to join a small team within our award winning OD, Talent Management and Resourcing service. WHAT IS INVOLVED This post offered on an 18.5 hour per week basis will be shared between modern office accommodation and home working, and will be part of a Team supporting the delivery and co-ordination of learning and development programmes and projects primarily but not exclusively to Neighbourhoods and Environment (NE) and Regeneration, Economy and Growth (REG) service areas. Working within a professional and experienced team this role involves undertaking all work associated with the training cycle including identifying requirements, commissioning/coordination training and evaluation. Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills are prerequisites for success. WHAT WILL I NEED: You should be qualified to Level 2 in a relevant subject e.g. Business Administration, HR or equivalent with high levels of communication, and organisational skills.
